Don't worry friends one day everyone will die with some unfinished business?
             The clock of God is Ticking...Ticking...Ticking.
 The days pass into weeks, the weeks into years, and you guessed it, one day the clock will stop for us in this lifetime and the calendar will hit its last day.
The passing of life never comes at a good time for most people and may be we are in suck so called most. 
There was always something left to: do, become, learn, say, and see.
 I have accepted the fact that one day one of my writings will not be completed. I hope it is not  this one, cause it is really good ,If you got this far you think so too, if you didn't you don't even know I said it, so it doesn't matter.
 The people who tend to be the most upset by leaving unfinished business are those people who spent most of their time living in the future.
They were busy making plans, setting goals, and working on the next deal or project. People who are happy understand that today is a gift to do with what they can. 
The time for anything is not yesterday or tomorrow, but now. When they live in this way they don't get all worked up because God has called them home.


One way to know whether your work here - is done or not - is whether you are here. 
As long as you are still alive, you have something more to do in God's master plan. 
It doesn't matter whether you are 8, 18, 48 or 80. When it is time to check out, all the fighting, wailing, and complaining won't help. 
                          Your mission is complete. 
                                        So relax. 
Enjoy the rest of your life. However, much of it is left to you. When the clock stops, it is time to move on.

let me share my personal feeling..........friends

Even though most of us recognize the fallacy of placing too great a value on appearance, our desire for physical beauty is so ingrained in us that we cannot disassociate ourselves from it. 
Why is physical beauty so important?
 Our desire for physical beauty, while shaped and polished by the superficial media culture, actually has deeper roots in who we are.
Our desire for physical beauty is an original human feeling, like the desire for food, nurturing, or happiness. Just as those other things drive us toward survival, physical beauty is programmed into our brains as a means of staying alive and furthering our family line. After all, if males and females weren’t attracted to each other, none of us would even be here, humankind would be a fatally flawed experiment. Instead, nature has given us impulses that drive us towards precreation. 
Every creature, from the lowest organism to the most complex, desires sex. A natural precursor to that desire, which also exists in every society, is indicators of attract. Human beings are attracted to many things about each other  one of which is physical beauty.
Because of the natural role of appearance in human courtship, I can say with certainty that physical beauty does have some objective importance. 
However, this conclusion does not justify our society’s obsession with looks, for appearance is only the first layer of attractiveness.
Once a superficial connection is made between two people, they then have the opportunity to display other characteristics that could positively or negatively affect the possibility of their union. After they have had enough experiences together, that first layer of beauty becomes far less important than the other, less visible layers of attraction.
 In fact, it seems as if our original set of human impulses guides us not just towards procreation, but also towards compatibility.
Compatibility is essential to human survival in an absolute sense, for a positively-working team is better equipped to live than a negatively-working team. If physical beauty were the only important factor in bringing people together, the divorce rate would be much higher than it is today and people would be far less happy. 
Instead, physical beauty is actually only a small component of attractiveness, and in fact, those people who are good at being compatible have a distinct advantage against those people who possess beauty alone.
Physical beauty, in sum, maintains a marginal significance in our lives.
 Like all superficial things, it is a basis for immediate appraisal...................
 but like a diamond out of its setting, it requires context and compatibility in order to truly instill it with value.

BELIEVE IN YOUR SELF NOT YOUR DESTINY!

Of all the things that go towards shaping our destiny, it is our belief in our own abilities which has the greatest influence. Our level of self belief determines whether we succeed or fail to achieve our dreams and ambitions. 
Do we ever realize that every bad luck we face in life is of our making! 
 pity! People  use fate and destiny as excuses for not trying in life! 
Hey you go down any street in virtually any major urban environment in the world you will see people living on the street.  I have seen people living on the street everyday. 
Who are these millions of homeless people and why are they homeless?
 These people are literally everywhere. 
There are certainly many sociological explanations for their extreme poverty and other problems. We can blame the government, we can blame the economy and we can blame others.
 Notwithstanding, there are tons of people out there who somehow manage to do exceptionally well in spite of everything. They do not have educations but are the richest people in the world. They may have had their face burned off in a fire and end up marrying a model. They may have a low IQ but have managed to do incredible things with their lives.
For every story about someone who is poorly off, there is a story about someone who is doing well. You need to understand that there are vast differences in the world about how people experience and react to the world. 
What makes this central idea so exciting is that what happens to us is entirely within our control, if we are willing to “go deep” and understand what it is inside of us that is controlling how we experience the world
 What I am concerned about specifically is your beliefs. Your beliefs control how you experience and interact with the world. Due to our early life experiences, almost all of us develop beliefs about who we are and our relationship to the world.
The significance of these beliefs is that our beliefs end up creating our experience of life and the world around us. The experiences we have of life, the circumstances we find ourselves in and the results we achieve are all related to the beliefs that we adopt about ourselves. The reason this occurs is because we all do what we need to in order to create consistency between our lives and what happens to us and our beliefs. This is a profoundly important statement and something that if you really grasp it can change your life, your career and your destiny forever.
One of the most powerful needs people have is for their experience of the world to be consistent with what they believe. 
The drive for this is so incredibly strong that people will do almost everything to be right about their beliefs and will do this even when being right means they will suffer, be unhappy or experience failure.
We actually make our worst fears come true by perceiving people and the world in such a way that these things do come true. The point is that we manipulate our surroundings and unconsciously shape the events occurring around us so that we get to be right about what we believe about the world. We want to create consistency between our beliefs about the world and our lives. 
Almost everyone out there wants nothing more than to be right and will do whatever is necessary to make sure their beliefs coordinate with what is happening to them.
your entire life and career is when you realize with in yourself...............
You are the creator of whatever happens to you. Whatever happens to you is coming from inside of you. Everything that is happening to you is being generated inside of yourself–even if you cannot see this. The key to a successful career and life is to stop resisting what is happening to you and start choosing what to believe about the world to create the life you want.
Once you understand this statement your life as you know it and your ability to control what happens to you in your life will change. Understanding this statement and working with this statement is something the most successful people in the world are able to do and the least successful people in the world are not. 
In effect, the most successful people in the world choose what to believe about themselves and the world. 
I would estimate that less than 1 in 1,000 people understand this. Even fewer people are able to make this work for there own benefit.
 There were other incredible things that happened to me as well but it was all really based on the fact that I realized I had to choose what to believe. 
                                                              and now 
I had conditioned my mind so strongly that everything is in our hands and not to blame        destiny..................what about you?

self confidence makes wonders do you know?

Self-confidence is extremely important in almost every aspect of our lives, yet so many people struggle to find it. 
Sadly, this can be a vicious circle, People who lack self-confidence can find it difficult to become successful.
After all, most people are reluctant to back a project that's being pitched by someone who was nervous, fumbling and overly apologetic.
On the other hand, you might be persuaded by someone who speaks clearly, who holds his or her head high, who answers questions assuredly, and who readily admits when he or she does not know something.
Self-confident people inspire confidence in others, their audience, their peers and their friends. And gaining the confidence of others is one of the key ways in which a self-confident person finds success.
The good news is that self-confidence really can be learned and built on.
And, whether you’re working on your own self-confidence or building the confidence of people around you,
The good news is that building self-confidence is readily achievable, just as long as you have the focus and determination to carry things through. And what’s even better is that the things you’ll do to build self-confidence will also build success – after all, your confidence will come from real, solid achievement. No-one can take this away from you!
                       It’s well-worth the effort!
                  So how confident do you seem to others?
Your level of self-confidence can show in many ways: your behavior, your body language, how you speak, what you say, and so on.
So how do you build this sense of balanced self-confidence, founded on a firm appreciation of reality?
The bad news is that there’s no quick fix, or 5-minute solution.

friends never hurt anyone

One of the things it makes me wonder though is why people are often so nasty and whether they really get enjoyment out of it.
 I know that a lot of this kind of behaviour comes from insecurities and fear but I just don’t understand how people that hurt others knowingly can live with themselves. Maybe it comes back to the level of selfishness that is rife through people and they really are only thinking of themselves.
 I don’t know.
                      I am often reminded of the quote 
                  “Only a life lived for others is a life worthwhile”. 
The key to a good life is to not be selfish and to remember to be good to those around you. Life is full of frustrations, but there is no reason or common sense to hurting someone.
 No matter what anyone. So don’t hurt others because there is no reason for it.
 Be the best and most loving person you can be and live a life you                         can be proud of and not regret.

FRIENDS LET ME SHARE SOMETHING ABOUT RELATIONSHIP'S IN OUR LIFES

 In today's age for a couple to think of growing together till old age looks difficult. The rate at which divorces are taking place and couples separate, it is a difficult task.
 This was not so, only two three decades ago. The changing norms have taken a big toll on the relationships. 
How about you? Do you believe that you will grow together till old age?
   
The determination that we would not separate may play a big role. Once you have decided the goal - no separating, you will act towards achieving that goal. Please make this bond with your partner that you will not separate.
 I wish to add something here.
 When things are going smoothly, all such promises sound very good. As soon as a crack appears, the same looks very difficult. The need is to take care when the cracks appear. 
Why do the cracks appear? Miscommunication, Discords, Different views on very important matters, career problems, health problems, third person entering the relationship, and many other factors can play role in this. As time passes, distances may grow. The reverse also happens. 
But now a days it seems that the earlier case occurs more often. 
   so friends try to choose your path carefully.....................it's our life and we are the victims

A human being's ability to choose is a privilege and a responsibility. 
                         The two go together
 You can not take one without the other.
 It is the clear application of the overused phase
"you can not have your cake and eat it too". 
If you want to be free to make your own choices, you must be ready to accept the responsibility for the consequences that will derive from those choices. I fully accept this dual package and will never relinquish my right to make my own choices

COMMON WEALTH GAMES ...........EXCITING IS IT NOT.................

India is about to organize CWG 2010 in unorganized and flooded Delhi where people are battling with dengue and other epidemics. If you ask people what are their views about CWG being organized in India, they will say that it’s a matter of great pride for the whole country because it is organizing such a huge event.
BUT IT'S NOT ONLY A MATTER OF PRIDE BUT IT IS WHERE WE ARE  SHOW CASING THE WORLD OUR HIGHNESS AND INDIA AT A GREATEST TALL 
Though the games have got a lot of negative publicity, 
I just wish that there are no accidents like  ceiling and bridge collapsing when the games start.
                        JUST KIDDING.......................
LETS HOPE THE BEST.........AND EVERYTHING GOES  WELL WITH THE PLAYERS AS WELL AS WITH MANAGEMENT............
